Just stopping by with a cute, simple card to share with you! I had this SU! Comfort Food stamp set feeling neglected and uninked over the last couple of years.
I pulled it out, gave it a little trim and inked it up. I created this adorable and punny card!
This card literally took about 6-7 minutes to complete!
What have you done to your older SU! hostess sets? I have mine in a box and have began rummaging through it. s

Welcome to the Riley and Company Online blog hop. Have you been enjoying the hop so far? What do you think about all the cute images? I LOVE this particular release. The images are so sweet!
I have two cards to share with you today.
The first card simple, yet elegant is perfect for anyone. It would make a great Happy Birthday card, Easter card, Mother’s day card or even a Get Well card.
This card features Spring Flowers Riley. I decided to keep it clean and simple to focus on the image itself. You know me and sparkle! I just had to use some. I took a framed sparkle rectangle and cut off one of the sides and used it along the side of the image. I entered (or will enter this) into SCS weekly CAS challenge, CAS162.
The next card is a bit more involved. It has many layers and the complete opposite of the one above.
The card features Lulu (the lamb) & Riley. Aren’t they adorable? I flocked Lulu to give the sweet lamb a little bit of wool. I followed the ISSC07 sketch.

That is all from me today. Next on the hop is : Joy Stagg, a very talented stamper, with her own unique style and a personal good friend of mine.

Hello there! Today I have two cards to share with you. I have been enjoying making Easter cards all week long with the new, soon-to-be released stamps. I absolutely had to post 2 cards for today. They are simple cards, but cute and fitting for Easter.
First I have this adorable Bunny Costume Riley:
I added a bit of glitter paper to the bottom for some sparkle. I also embellished the card with a bit of twine and a pretty flower for some added contrast.
If you are wondering why I make so many “girly” cards, well it’s because we predominantly have girls in my family. I have a daughter, 2 sisters, 2 nieces, only one nephew, and my cousins are all girls with the exception of 2 boys. I grew up around girls and girly things, and to make anything masculine is always a challenge for me.
Next up I have a fun and bright card!
This card features Stacked Eggs Riley. I ordered some washi tape a few weeks ago on Etsy, and have been wanting to use them. When I started coloring this image and noticed all of the bright colors I thought it would compliment the washi tape nicely.
Release Day is tomorrow, March 22nd at 10PM. We will celebrate with a blog hop. You have the chance to win a rubber stamp of your choice when you leave a comment on the individual design team member’s blogs. The more you comment, the greater your chance to win.

This week’s challenge at TSG is called a Hidden Surprise….
The first thing that came to mind were Easter eggs, perhaps Easter is on my mind since it it less than one month away and I have yet to begin creating Easter Cards. I have 8 total that I need to make!
I thought it would be cute to make a moneyholder.
This is what I came up with:
I created a regular A2 card, and on the front panel I enclosed a mini envelope where you can stash your cash for the recipient. Take a peek below!
I stamped the sentiment on the envelope. So what do you think of this hidden surprise?
Here is an added detail, a cute little flower on this pretty bow made with seam binding.
Above is a close up of the bunny. This stamp set is called Hunny Bunnies by There She Goes Clear Stamps.
Why don’t you play along too. This was a really fun, out of the box, challenge. you also have the chance to win $5 gift card to the TSG store.
I would love to hear your comments on this egg-stra special card!
How else would you enclose some cash, beside just placing it inside a card?

I made this cute and VERY SIMPLE CAS card, for one of the VSN challenges on SCS this past weekend.
This card honestly took me about 6 minutes to complete from start to finish!
The stamps are from WPLUS9 designs. I purchase from them on occasion and the service is wonderful.

This week’s CSC is based on the card below by Laura Bassen.

Here is my interpretation of her card:
I loved everything about Laura’s card. I kept the same color scheme, the same layout, and even the chairs! I just got this stamp set from Unity Stamps last week and it was crying to be inked!
CAS cards have been my thing lately. Have you checked out the CASE Study Blog? There is always such sweet inspiration there!

Here is an altered book I created to keep track of what I read for my book club.
I plan on writing a short review of the book, and some of the fun we had at the BC gathering!
